# Create mass sms/email

Is there a method that I can create a mass SMS or mass Email for the appointments for the current or the next week or next two weeks? Or maybe a means to identify & collect the needed information to create such?

we don’t have a bulk cancellation feature.

I would recommend exporting all your bookings so you can have a list of all of the emails of your bookers. You can then email them together letting them know the bookings have been cancelled. To bulk cancel you’d either need to cancel via the [Bookings page](https://app.youcanbook.me/#/bookings) or delete all the booked events from your linked calendar.
