# Different booking forms based on appointment type

It would be nice if it were possible to have different booking forms based on appointment type.

I think an easy way to do this, that won’t add too much overhead to the UI, would be to have a multiselect in every question’s details (only visible when appointment types are turned on), which lists the appointment types.

Great suggestion. Revamping the form is not on our immediate roadmap. Again one option would be to use a different form tool that would allow this level of conditional logic. Thanks for this request.
