# Is there a way to add multiple team members to one booking?

Is there a way to add multiple team members to one booking? I work with counselors and sometimes there are multiple counselors in for a single session.

@Ossy Yes, you could first check all of their calendars for availability: [Check for shared free time.](https://support.youcanbook.me/article/236-check-more-than-one-calendar-to-find-your-available-times)

As you can only create the event on one calendar you need to invite the other counselors: [Invite others to the booking](https://support.youcanbook.me/article/403-add-new-bookings-to-multiple-calendars)

Keep in mind these groupings would need to be static and setup in advance. I hope this helps.
