# Minimize Gaps / Increase Appointment Density

It would be really helpful if there was a way to dynamically show availability for appointments adjacent to booked appointments, so that we could reduce appointment “Gaps”. **Meaning that appointments slots that are not adjacent to an existing appointment would be hidden.**
Also, if this feature was available, it would be nice to have the ability to scale scarcity or availability dynamically. Basically the schedule would “look busy” at all times.
For example:
100% of Slots Available = Display 60%
80% Slots Available = Display 70%
60% Slots Available = Display 80%
\<50% Slots Available = Display 100%

@bunkbed this is a very interesting request and the first I have heard of this, but it makes sense. The need to batch appointments or prevent gaps could be powerful.
