No access to Calendar

  1. Clients click on my personal YCBM-Link
  2. “Sorry, we no longer have authority to access the requested calendar.
    The owner of this calendar can re-authorize access at
  3. I don’t know how I can re-authorize the access.

Hi Bernadette,

Welcome to the YCBM Forum! Marvin here with the YouCanBookMe team.

It is showing the error message that we have lost access to your calendar and you will need to re-authorize that permission.

You can do that by going to your YCBM account > profile settings > Integrations > For the calendar account or service you would like to re-authorize, click the 3 vertical dots and select Re-authorize. You’ll be prompted to log in to the account again and re-authorize our connection to your account.
