I see You Can Book Me is not on Googles List

Does anyone know a workaround to get the appointments to appear on my listing like the one imaged?

Yes, I would like this feature since I had to go with another vendor just to implement this on the maps profile. I would definitely sign up all my companies once you guys implement the Google Reserve feature.
