# What is the difference between the free and paid versions?

I have been using the free version of YCBM for a while and love that it has simplified the booking process for my customers. I am curious to know what the paid version offers, and if it is worth upgrading.

The paid version gives you a ton more options than the free version. We use it to have multiple booking profiles for different events we put on, along with fixed start and end dates for those events. The paid version is a huge value to us, I recommend upgrading.

It all depends on your needs. We have a team of folks using the platform so they all have their calendars connected and we use On Duty to let them set their individual availability. We pay $10 per each calendar, but $50/month saves us a ton of time with our customers and gives our team peace of mind.

I am able to do what I need with the free plan, and can’t justify the cost of $120/year, but that is just me.

You can always setup a month to month plan and try it out to see if it will work for you.
