Emergency: My link isn't working

When students click on my link, it redirects them to:

"Sorry, something’s not quite right

An unexpected error has occurred. To protect our customers, we can’t process your request right now:

But,everything looks correct in my account and there are no errors and the bot was zero help. Why isn’t there a tech support option?
