All booking profiles showing no availability this morning
Appears our payment details were deleted. Account still says that “Your account is using one or more features that are not available on your current subscription. Upgrade now to use them, or switch the features off”.
We’ve been subscribed to you for about 7 years
Invoices have disappeared as well. Fortunately, we still have our SMS credits
@Highland Checking a few pages I see availability coming through for December. If you have all day events within this next week that would be blocking your availability. I do not see any warnings on the account either. Feel free to send me a direct message here with more details about what you are seeing.
I fixed it my re adding my payment card to the account
