Currently all appointment times (& dates) are shown with equal prominence to people booking a meeting (see screenshot). Although YCBM does a great job of showing when both myself an our meeting venue are available, it can’t (as far as I’ve found) indicate those times of the week when I’d prefer to have bookings than other times.
These preferences are fairly stable from week to week (eg certain mornings and evenings are easier for me than weekends), so I could program them in once and leave them, probably alongside my general availability times & rules.
If the appointment time page that bookers see used bold borders around priority times, or maybe some colour coding, that would be an easy way to visually direct people towards preferred times, but still offering the flexibility of all possible times for a meeting.
