Hey everyone. I am a developer from India and considering using this API to schedule appointments (that could also be offline).
I also need to send SMS reminders for those appontments. This could be either through the API itself or integration with Zapier. Anything is fine as long as it’s compliant with TRAI’s new recent regulations regarding sending SMS messages. Has anyone from India tried this? How was your experience?
@akshitha our SMS functionality will allow you to send reminders and confirmations to bookers in India. The alternative as you mention would be to connect YCBM to Zapier to use your own dedicated SMS service.
