Google meet fail due to incorrect booking link

the consultant and the booker are unable to join the Google Meet using the link provided in the Booking email. The inability to join the session severely impacts our reputation in the marketplace.

The confirmation email is mentioned below. This link in the email was used by the consultant to join the session and she was unsuccessful in connecting with the booker. The booker’s email address -[Remobed by admin]. She emailed our consultant stating she is unable to join or see the Google Meet.

We have checked the availability of the Google Meet application during this timeframe and there was no outage reported at their end.

From this email it looks like a static Google Meet link is being used in the copy of the email. If you are linking the booking page to create a Google Meet event then in your email you can use {GOOGLEMEET} to dynamically serve up a unique Google Meet link for each booking.
