I’ve been using YouCanBook.me for a while now, mainly to manage client meetings and avoid the usual back-and-forth scheduling emails and overall it’s been a huge time saver.

That said, I feel like I’m only scratching the surface of what the platform can actually do. There are so many features around customization, notifications, and integrations that I haven’t fully explored yet.

Recently, I’ve been trying to:

  • Improve how I structure my availability to avoid burnout

  • Customize booking confirmations to make them feel more personal

  • Reduce no-shows without being too aggressive with reminders
