I’ve been using YouCanBook.me for a while now and really appreciate how simple it makes scheduling. However, I’ve recently started facing some challenges when managing multiple bookings across different time slots and calendars.

Sometimes I notice overlapping bookings or confusion with availability, especially when syncing with external calendars. I understand that the platform relies on connected calendars to determine free/busy times , but I’m wondering if there are best practices to make this more reliable.

Here are a few things I’ve already tried:

  • Double-checking my connected calendar settings

  • Adjusting availability buffers between meetings

  • Reviewing timezone settings

Even with that, I still feel like I might be missing something important.
