Exploring How ChatGPT Search Enhances Booking Workflows

Hello everyone!

I’m brand new to YouCanBookme for booking my small consulting business and have found it really great, but I have a quick question that I can’t find a straight answer to.

I have a bunch of different Google Calendars that I use to make sense of my days: one for client calls, one for internal meetings, one for personal stuff, I recently enrolled in a cissp course which has fixed weekly sessions. How do I get YouCanBookme to check all my calendars to find availability before proposing a time to book?

Is there anyway to sync multiple Google Calendars (I’ve signed on to four different calendars) and have just one booking page? If so, how do I also set it so that time is automatically blocked out from any of those calendars?

I just want to make sure there are no double bookings or events overlapping, especially during everything that is going on.

I’d really appreciate any direct pointers or step-by-step guidance from anyone who has this set up!

Hi @dagedaf - welcome to YouCanBookMe! Thanks for jumping into the forum.
On our Professional plan, you can sync up to 6 separate calendars. That means you can link each one to your booking page. YCBM will only show as available, the times that are free in all of your calendars. So if you’ve got a cissp session, and it’s marked as Busy in your calendar, YCBM will see it and you won’t be available for booking.
