I just created my account and it seems that my availabilities which are on my Google Calendar are not connected with YoucanBookme
Is this normal? What can I do to solve the problem? Thanks for your help
Welcome to YouCanBook.me! I am a user just like you, and am using YCBM with the teaching part of my job. Sorry you are having trouble getting started, but let me tell you from experience, that I am sure you will find your time well spent once you get a hang of using YCMB.

Once you’ve registered and connected a calendar to your account, you then have two choices:
If your schedule is predictable, you can set broad ranges of availability on YCBM, as described here. YCBM will look at your Calendar to see where you have events that set you as “busy” and will make sure to remove those availabilities from your broad ranges. So for instance, if you set yourself as available from 9-5PM every day, but have a meeting on Tuesday 10-11AM, then YCBM will make sure not to allow people to double-book at that time.
If your schedule is unpredictable, a different mode is to use your calendar to set availabilities, as described here. In this mode, rather than set fixed availabilities, YCBM will read your calendar for “free” slots with a special keyword in the title (like “available for bookings”) to determine what times to offer your clients.
If you already know about these two modes, and were trying to use this second mode, “Custom Availabilities” without success, one fo the problems you may face is that you are not using the right keyword in your availability blocks. This is Step 2 of the process.
