How to Manage Booking Overlaps for Multiple Team Members?

I have recently started using YouCanBook. me for my team, and it’s been a game-changer for us in terms of managing client bookings. However, I’ve run into a bit of a challenge and was hoping someone might have some advice.

Our setup involves multiple team members, each with their own availability, and we often have overlapping time slots where more than one person is available. I’d like to set things up so that if a client books one of those slots with one team member, that slot is automatically removed as an option for the other team members to avoid double bookings.

I have been exploring the different settings and looked through the documentation, but I’m not entirely sure how to implement this. Ideally, I’m looking for a way to have the system recognize the overlap and block off that time across all relevant calendars once a booking is made.
