Is the server currently down?

I was wondering why my bookings has stopped, and it says this:

Error: BA-952VROW

I can’t go to youcanbookme login too. How long has it been like this, and for how long will it be like this? I’m losing customers, so i need to know if this is a 1 day issue, or do i need to say i am closing booking first
