we have a problem that our clients have overlaping issues and other have problems whit gmt zones

Hi @sergio.sta I am sorry for any confusion here. First I removed your images and links to protect your booker’s information from exposure. Second, any busy event on the target calendar should be blocking bookings for that time. And since all of your rooms are connected to the same calendar, it is odd that there are multiple bookings per slot and there is an overlap.
