Upgrade to professional, booking pages not recognising the update

I have upgraded to the professional version of YCBM and even a day after the upgrade and the payment gone through successfully, my booking pages still show as offline with the message that I have to upgrade to make them available. When I click on the ‘upgrade’ link, it has registered that I am on the professional plan, but the booking page is still offline - I have not found anywhere I can update this. I have messaged support and I am not getting anything back, getting desperate!

The support team have now triggered an update to my account and I am back to being operational, thank you!
