When a booker cancels an appointment, there is an input field for cancellation reasons.
We would like to have it also when we (as hosts):
- Reject a tentative booking.
- Cancel a confirmed booking.
- Reschedule a booking.
Then, the rejection/cancellation reason should be included in the:
- E-mail notifications.
- Zapier integration.
- Booking details in the YCBM web app.
It would allow us to:
- Inform the booker about the cancellation/rejection/rescheduling reason.
- Keep track of the changes and their reasons.
