@MarekLeon Great suggestion here. The Reject and Cancel flows will allow you to customize an email to your booker, but not store the information in a field for the booking. I could see how helpful that would be to have this information. I will share this with the team and discuss to add something like this to the booking workflow.
New YCBM user here coming from Calendly - this is a missing piece - a simple one line entry box for a cancellation note would be helpful to include in a cancellation notice.
For example: Sorry - our office is closed due to weather today. Please see this link to reschedule. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
