'Reason given' for cancellation

Hello,

I don’t want the bookers to have to give me a reason for cancelling their appointments. Can I take out that feature, and how? Many thanks in advance.

You can change your reschedule and cancellation settings under the notifications when you are editing your booking page.
If you head to Notifications > Actions > Edit cancellation & reschedule limits:


You can uncheck the checkbox “Include a text box for cancellation reason to be provided” and hit save.
