Cancellation by Booker or me

Hello,

When a booker cancel his appointement (from his email link), the reservation is directly out from my Outlook calender.

But if I use the “cancel link” in booking page, the reservation stay still in my Outlook calender.

Where did I do a wrong setting ?

Are you clicking “cancel” or “delete”? If you click delete on your Bookings page, it will remove from YouCanBook.me but not from your Outlook calendar.
