No notifications for cancellations

Hello, I’m receiving notifications for booked appointments, but I’m not receiving notifications when a booker cancels a booking. I’ve checked my spam folder and didn’t find an email notification. I can see that the email notification is set up for a cancellation, but I’m not receiving them. Any advice?

Hi Jennifer, welcome to the forum. I’ve checked your account and only see one recent booking where the booker initiated the cancellation. In that case an email was sent to you, and it shows “delivered” but not opened. That means the email did reach your server, but may have been filtered out of your inbox. Try searching All Mail for emails from notifications@youcanbook.me with “Cancelled” in the subject line.
