The booker does NOT receive a reservation confirmation email

When a booker makes a reservation, they receive a confirmation email, but on some occasions this is not the case.

Why don’t emails sent to bookers stay in the outbox?

@joseluis apologies on the delay. The preview should be working now. The Chrome browser updated and we had to change how we served the preview.

For your bookers not getting an email though, is the email ending up in Spam? If you can DM on the form with a booking Ref# (ABCD-EFGH-IJKL) of a booking that didn’t get a confirmation I can take a closer look.
