we always use YCBM with 7 my co-worker.
But one of my member cannot login today.
She try it many times but cannot and an error messeage is displayed.
Her mail address is [REMOVED BY ADMIN]
what should we do?
Hello - sorry for this frustration. There was some corrupt data on that account booking page that took down her account. It has been cleared now so they should be able to log in without an issue.
