Need to recover Admin access

Hello. The previous team manager set up YCBM for the team. They did not transfer ownership or instructed us on how to manage our accounts. We are using the system, but have no access to administrative functions.

Is there a way to find out how to access our administrative functions on our account? We don’t have much to go on,. other than our scheduling URLs.
