When I try to confirm a booking (tap on “Confirm booking” in request email), the process “gets stuck” and nothing happens.

@skipjack66 Marcus can you try to clear your browser cache to see if that works. I tested this out and had no issues accepting a tentative booking. If the browser cache option doesn’t work let me know.
