Different availability for different appointment types

We have 3 appointment types. One is only available 2 days a week, the other 2 are 6 days a week.

We have a professional plan, we are using Google calendar integration.

Is there a way to have different availabilities for different appointment types using a single booking page?

To give you some background on how the system works: in YouCanBookMe, a single booking page typically follows one central “Availability” grid. This means that if you have multiple appointment types on one page, they all usually pull from the same set of working hours on your linked calendar.

However, there is a great way to achieve your goal of having different schedules for different services while using a single booking link. To do this, you can utilize our Teams feature.

How to set this up:

  1. Enable Teams: Head to your booking page settings and, under Calendar & Teams, toggle the “Teams” feature to On.

  2. Assign Appointment Types: You can set up each of your appointment types as a separate “team member” (even if they are all managed by you).

  3. Link Unique Calendars: Connect each of these “team members” to their own unique calendar in Google.

Please note: This specific configuration requires our Team plan subscription, as it involves the advanced Team Management functionality.
