Different Colours/Text for 'Booked' and 'Unavailable' slots?

My days go from 12pm through to 9pm.
Im available to be booked on Monday…
7-8
8-9

Every hour shows crossed out other than these two slots… Which is great.
However, what I want is… When I get a booking in one of these two slots, for the slot to show ‘Booked’ or maybe be a different colour, to the other hours of the day where I’m just generally not available to be booked?

Someone might correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think this is possible. While you can change the color of all of your busy and free times, I do not think there is a way to select which time is which color.
