Currently my booking page is not able to accept requests. It worked just fine until last week, I haven’t changed a thing since. I’m wondering if the tool itself is down? I have no indication on what the issue might be or how to fix this
@Moniangelitos no outages. I tested your booking page and my booking went through. Are your bookers still seeing issues? If you have a lot of people trying to book at one time, Microsoft may think these bookings are spam. I will check the logs to see if that was the case here.
Hey Ben, thank you for your help, but I’ve managed to fix it yesterday evening, so all good now, but here’s what I did:
I checked with the inspection tool and once I clicked the button to send the booking I was getting an error 401 which made me think there might be some authorization/rights issue with the Microsoft calendar I connected(I don’t know if they did an update, because I’ve been using this calendar since I started this booking system and haven’t changed any setting).
So then I disconnected the calendar and reconnected it, but then that ended up giving me an error in the admin page saying I have too many calendars connected for the free plan and that I can only choose one, which wasn’t the case since there was no calendar chosen to where the bookings would go(and I only had one calendar connected to the account at the main panel).
So then I duplicated the calendar, there I managed to choose the calendar I connected, and then I just deleted the old one.
@Moniangelitos oh that sounds like a pain, I am sorry you had to go through that. I am glad things are working now!
