Locked Out of Account

I signed up for the premium subscription through my old employer’s email handle, which I no longer have access to since October 31, 2022. However, I am still being billed monthly for the premium subscription. Please help!! :confused:

I checked in support portal and see that there was an older account for you under a previous employer that has been cancelled and the most recent charge has been refunded to you.
