Is there a way to modify appointment type on an existing booking? I have a few half-hour appointment types and would like the capability to modify them to better reflect the service. Even if it’s limited to swapping out appointment types that have the same duration.
If this functionality isn’t available, are there other user experience settings that could help with this?
@dkidd we do not yet have a way to modify the Appointment Type of a booking once it is made. This is a great idea and something we can consider for the future. A few options you can manually adjust the calendar event created to extend duration, you also can modify the calendar event directly with any new or adjusted details. When you do this be sure that you select “Send” when asked to notify your participants (booker).
