Notifications not sending

First off, your chatbot is more frustrating than helpful, seriously, you guys should scrap that, it just was useless, then just stopped responding and would no longer help.

On to the issue, we recently noticed that some of our appontment notifications are not sending, when i go to them, it just says: "Scheduled for xxx but the date and time have passed, we have a few of these in the last few days and it seems to becoming more frequent.


any help with this is greatly appreciated

@Bob we are in the process of migrating over to a new support system with a bot that should be 10x more helpful. No exact timeframe, but in the near term. For the notification issue, our development team is digging into this and we should know more soon.
