We are using a 1 time use link, so we grab the intent, and in the url we set ?i=ittxxxxxxx
but when we use the 1 time link, the ability to preset the service fails examplpe:
https://book.youcanbook.me?i=ittxxx&service=PreselectedType
Is there a way to use a 1 time link url and still use the service to preselect the service type?

@Bob you can test out using the Appointment Type id, when you are in the settings you will see it at the bottom of your Appointment Type:
Then on your URL it would be:
https://book.youcanbook.me?i=ittxxx&appointmentTypeIds={apptTypeId}
I tried this, and still it drops me at the “select an appointment type”
We have a paid account, is there a way we can speak with someone about this to try to resolve it?
