I have about 6 different rejection notification options on my site for various situations. There is one option that I use frequently, but when I go to reject all options are selected and I need to unselect all the others. It would be super useful to be able to mark notifications as always selected to send or as not selected to send. I think this would streamline the accept/reject process.
I also frequently make edits to the emails before sending. I can see what email I sent for rejection, but it doesn’t show any edits to the email. Seeing if I made edits to the email would be super helpful when looking back if a customer has questions or I need to recall what the situation was.
