User Error Message

When users are trying to book a time, they get this message…although the booking appears to go thru to my calendar without an issue.

Hi Michael, was your account previously connecting to an Outlook calendar? It looks like the error was related to that. While we can “see” your Outlook calendar for availability, it looks like we are being blocked from sending a calendar invitation to your Outlook calendar account. This is a domain level security setting you’ll need to adjust.

It looks like you’ve switched to a Google calendar - I’ve done a test booking with no issues.
