Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot why one of our climate non-profit user’s lines isn’t loading for most people that click the following URL:

In trying to troubleshoot - it sounds like another non-profit user had accepted some new " > # Terms & Conditions agreement accepted" and then it made the page accessible again? Can’t quite figure out how to find that checkbox on this other users account and grateful for any recommendations this community can provide!
