Missing Booking Page after upgrading

Hi All,

We’ve had a free version booking page that we’ve used for several years and we pay for 1 month whenever we have PTC.

Today after making payment for Team Plan (18/09/24) and PTC form completed to activate 85 calendar and credit card details updated to make further payment for $129 one of the user noticed the old booking slots missing almost 40 - 50 of them.

The original booking page disappeared from the dashboard and can no longer access the settings for that original booking page.

However, the OLD booking page link still in our Google site, but it’s not syncing to [Removed by admin] Calendar anymore. I need to be able to set that old/original booking page to work by today 19th Sept 2024 and the booking page associated with the gmail calendar so parents can start booking.

Please help I have been asking for help since yesterday its almost midnight here please can someone help.

We recently lost around 40–50 calendar events in a single day, and the staff had to spend the entire weekend recreating them.

Support told us it’s permanently deleted and all the booking slots vanished from YCBM server too and unable to restore.

Is there a way to trace who deleted the events/logs? This has been a recurring issue with YCBM (YouCanBook.Me) which has been used by 2 staff members for almost 8 years now.

We’ve constantly faced problems with deleted or missing bookings.

Ideally, we’d like to know when the deletion took place so we can identify the relevant staff/time this took place and take steps to prevent this in the future.

Because of this issue, we were delayed in sending the booking page to parents, leaving them with less time to book and confirm their slots.

Currently, the [Removed by admin] account has 3 folders/sections: Elementary (ES), Whole School (WS), and Secondary School (SS), with some teachers crossing over between these folders.

Would subscribing to 3 separate YCBM accounts for ES, WS, and SS help manage these sections more effectively? Can we still do the crossover slots and provide separate login under Team account?

Please let me know your thoughts and if there’s a solution that can simplify this process.
