If an account is removed from YCBM, will we still have access to view previous appointments booked for that account in the bookings data pull ( in the csv format )?
@thanya.reddy yes, if the booking page has not been deleted you should still see all bookings for the Team Member in the bookings dashboard and the CSV export.
