Work times vs availability

My work times are not matching up with my availability on my schedule all of a sudden. My working Hours are set for 9-5 m-f but on my calendar it shows availability starting at 10:00. This just happened in the last day or so as I had appointments scheduled for 9:00am before.

If a time is unavailable across an entire week, it will be removed from your booking grid.

It looks like you have busy events on your calendar for this week at 9am everyday this week, so we have removed 9am from your grid. If you go to next week you will see 9am times available for booking. (Hiding unavailable rows)

You can adjust your page to start “Today” that will start your booking page with today’s availability going forward, and then you’ll see 9am show on your grid again. (Adjust the week display)
