After booking message is suddenly “bad form request”

Hi, I’ve been using YCBM for months now. Kindly help us with our problem. Whenever our clients fillout the form upon submitting message will appear “ Thanks! Your appointment is now booked.”

But now there is a problem and I didn’t even do some changes now after my clients book and fillout the form message will appear “ Badly Formed Request”.

Some clients can successfully book and received confirmation but there are also some clients who cannot book and received this message instead.

Kindly help us on what to do with this one since this affects our sales and appointment quota for the day.

@CliakeStudio for this link are folks accessing the booking page through a different link and not the one you posted, If they have an older outdated link they may see a message like this. I checked our logs and did not see any errors over the last few days.

Again have any bookers shared the links they are accessing when they are seeing the message?
