I opened my booking page today and folks were able to double book a single appointment. Further, people who didn’t book an appointment were shown the name and phone number of people who were able to book into the appointment slot. These are people looking for rental help who are already in a very hard position. I’ve received no response from YCBM support. Any suggestions on getting a response?

I found your request and we have responded. However, I would like to point out that the email we received came from a noreply address.
Essentially, having multiple bookings for the same time slot indicates that group booking is activated; you can modify this at any time or disable it to guarantee that only one booking is allowed per slot.
