Authentication: How to use an API key, one time token and a session key

The Authentication section of the API page (https://api.youcanbook.me/docs/index.html) explains the use of an API key, ‘one time token’ and a ‘session token’. However, I haven’t been able to find any information on how to obtain an API key, ‘one time token’ or a ‘session key’ for an account and then how to use keys and tokens in the API.
