It would be nice if there was a way for customers to look at the calendar and know if a service was available without clicking a particular service first. This way, my answering service would be able to tell if I have availability at a glance vs having to click each service then move scroll to a selected date. Is there a way to embed this on my site from my google calendar?
You could make a separate availability calendar for just your answering service. This way it will be your blanket availability. You then could have flexible duration so they can schedule as much time as needed without needing a service connected, if that makes sense. Creating separate booking profiles.
