We cannot cancel appointments from YCBM, a system error appears.
For us it is urgent to solve this, a greeting!
Our development team is working on a fix. The issue is trying to edit the cancellation email. You can still cancel, but won’t be able to modify the email at this time. We hope to have things working as expected very soon. We will update you once this is done.
