Changing the booking options for different account types


We have two different appointment types added but it’s unclear how to change the booking options specific to each appointment type. For appointments, we have one option, where it would be okay for multiple customers to book at a time (with 15 min. padding built in-between). For Option 2, we do not want any other customers to have this availability – this should only be a one one appointment.

How can we make these edits to our account? Please help.

@CASAS thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Forum. In this case it may be a better idea to setup two different booking pages. One using Group Bookings allowing more than one booking per time slot, and one not using that feature that only allows one booking.

First create a duplicate or a new page:

Then on the page with the Group Bookings set that up here:
