Clients are booking during slots that were never meant to be available

Consultants are assigned clients for a day/time that was never originally designated as available (via booking phrase).
This started happening two days ago and now every consultant is impacted. Need Urgent HELP

Hello Jamie/Daniel - We are still having issues where rescheduled appointments are being booked on unavailable slots. This is leading to too many cancellations and is impacting our business. Could you please provide us with some insight on when to expect a fix?

Hello @Jamie Thanks for resolving the issue. Now we are facing another unique issue with rescheduled appointments -
The original booking was for May 14th at 3 PM (Original Booking for Consultant Name: Kelly H).

  • The consultant (Laura S) received the rescheduled booking email when the booking was scheduled. The booking was rescheduled to May 10th at 11 AM ET

  • Consultant (Laura S) Calendar was not updated with this booking information

  • Consultant (Laura S) DID NOT receive any follow-up email notification (after the scheduled booking occurred) about this booker (asking to mark as “No Show”)

Could you please help me with this issue? I have shared the log file snippet via email.
