Connection Problem

One of my booking pages is giving this error:

Connection problem
We’re sorry, it looks we’re having a few issues connecting with this account external calendar provider. Please try again later.”

I have re-authorized the underlying calendar and gmail account, but this has not fixed the problem.

@indigo I am sorry on the long delay here. I am seeing successful bookings through the page that was having an issue. Feel free to send me a direct message if you are still having trouble.

halo i have the same problem with connection to external calendar, can i ask you what you do for your problem?

@warnastudio if you have a lot of people booking in a short time period, Google will suspect things are spam and block the bookings. You will want to remove this option to invite your bookers as a participant:

You can create Add To Calendar buttons in your notifications:

Dou you mean i have to invite email of person who will booking in my page one by one? Will this be permanent or will Google periodically not consider it spam?

This is periodic from Google, again if many people are booking in a short amount of time this can happen. And No you do not need to invite them individually. You can add buttons to your confirmation message and your confirmation email:

To translate the "Add to Google Calendar" button use:
[YOUR TEXT]({ADD-TO-GOOGLE-LINK}#addcalendarlink&useTarget=_blank&useClass=addToCalendarLink,addToGoogleLink)

To translate the "Add to Office 365" button use:
[YOUR TEXT]({ADD-TO-MSLIVE-LINK}#addcalendarlink&useTarget=_blank&useClass=addToCalendarLink,addToMsLiveLink)

To translate the "Download Calendar Invite" button use:
[YOUR TEXT]({ADD-TO-ICS-LINK}?#addcalendarlink&useTarget=_blank&useClass=addToCalendarLink,addToIcsLink)
