I was looking to add some logic to display select questions base off the users Service selection they chose. Does YCBM have this option? If not please add it to the Feature Request.
Being able to create some logic based question would help when preparing for the next appointment, allowing the appointment topics to be narrowed down to the services needed and not so broad with out it.
Hi Ted, currently we do not have an option for a conditional form, meaning that certain questions reveal based off of a specific choice. This would make a great addition. I will get it submitted as a feature request on your behalf. Some customers will use a different form system, then send folks through to YCBM with the booking form data pre-filled, more information on that here.
